Pillar Peppers™ Galaxy Collection

The Galaxy series is our most compact peppers. They are for indoor kitchen use and fit best in a 5-6 inch container. Fruit is centrally located on the stem preventing the plant from becoming top-heavy. The Scoville rating is different for each color. Red is mild, Yellow is spicy and Orange is hot. Galaxy peppers make lovely houseplants, adding beauty and flavor to your home. Just position them on a windowsill in your office or kitchen for a delightful and edible decor piece. The Galaxy Collection has 4 colors; Red, Yellow, Orange, and Tricolor
