PLS 9542 has a beautiful pure white head and blue-green leaves. Its head is well protected from over-exposure to the sun by its large inner wrapper. This hybrid also has a nice plant habitat for greater space efficiency.

Papayadew’s rind is not only smooth and thin – making it great for slicing – but it turns from mild green to a creamy yellow as the fruit matures, making it easy to tell when it is ripe.
