Winter Squash Soufflé

INGREDIENTS
– 2 cups of cooked/mashed winter squash (we used our variety called Kai Kai F1)
– 3 tbsp butter
– 1 cup sugar
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1 tsp cinnamon
– 1/2 tsp nutmeg
– 3 eggs
– 1 tsp vannila

👩‍🍳INSTRUCTIONS
– Heat oven 325°
– Grease 1 1/2 qt casserole dish
– Combine all ingredients in large bowl and beat until well combined.
– Pour mixture into dish and bake for 75 min or until it sets
